Located in Wilmington, North Carolina, Landfall has the perfect location along the coastline of Southeastern, NC located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway just across from Wrightsville Beach.

It is an established controlled-access community of 2,200 acres and approximately 2,000 homesites. An extensive infrastructure of roads, trails, parks, sports facilities, and postal stations, are maintained by the community

with the Country Club of Landfall being the centerpiece. The homes and available homesites are settled among two golf courses, lakes, ponds, creeks, conservation areas, and the Intracoastal Waterway .Each are architecturally rendered and offer a wide variety of home styles.
